Annual CCHOA Meeting - July 30, 2020 @ 6:30 pm @ pool house.   Check your mail this week for your official notification letter and other documents. 

Proxy Vote:  If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like to cast your vote, you can do so by delivering the attached proxy to a current Board President Stephon Jackson or mailing it to CCHOA, PO Box 32 , Ballentine, SC 29002.  You will not fill out a ballot, but will allow another individual who attends the meeting and who is listed on the proxy form to cast your vote for you.  If you plan to give your proxy to another individual and would like to know who is running you can view the information on www.caedmonscreekhoa.org. after July 16, 2020.

Homeowners must designate a person to cast your vote on the form.  The proxy form must be filled out completely to be valid.  A proxy vote can be rescinded at any time prior to the actual vote at the meeting.  There will be only ONE proxy vote for any lot.
